Personalised Cards From The Funky Pigeon

I'm a mum of four, and as you can imagine, I have lots of birthdays and other occasions to buy cards for.
I have tried Moonpig a couple of times, but I was really very pleased to come across Funky Pigeon.com.
It is a wonderful company that sells personalised cards, calendars and notebooks.
So I ordered a lovely personalised card for my youngest daughter, who is shortly turning three.

The prices are very reasonable and the quality is just excellent. My card arrived the day after it was posted. You can't get much better than that. I can safely say, that this service is invaluable.

You can choose to have the personalised items sent to your home address or to another address(ie straight to the person who you are sending it to), which I think takes all the hassle out of sending cards. There's no having to go to the shop, then find a pen, find the address, write the card and address the envelope, then buy a stamp, then find a postbox - one stop at The Funky Pigeon and you are sorted!

Order before 2pm to have your card sent out on the same day! They do birthday cards, Mother's Day Cards, Friendship cards, wedding cards, engagement cards, thinking of you cards and many more........ basically, a card for every occasion.

So if you haven't tried personalised cards from Funky Pigeon yet, then visit http://www.funkypigeon.com give them a whirl today.

My School Book Club

Run by the same people who first brought you Red House Books, My School Book Club is a fabulous way to buy books for your little ones and also to benefit your child's school at the same time. 20% of each books value goes to your child's school so that they can then buy more brilliant, great quality books.

All of us at one time or another have had an experience with school books fairs. Either remembering them with pleasure from your own childhood, or less pleasurably going to one over the years since you became a parent.
Now I don't know about you, but a crowded school hall, at 3.30pm when you need to be in a million other places, is not my idea for a fun and relaxed buying experience.
Well My School Book Club lets you do the whole thing online, in the comfort of your own living room, at your own time.
And there is no pressure of having to turn up on the specific day in the 10 minute slot that 300 other parents eagerly turn up for. All year long, whatever you buy, the 20% is given to your child's school.
You get to make your selection from a vast choice of quality books at fabulous prices.
Win Win as far as I can see.

So if your child's school is not yet signed up to My School Book Club, I would highly recommend you suggest it to them!
