Mummy's milk is perfect to help your baby grow!
Absolutely unique; it benefits you both.
It's packed full of antibodies which your baby needs
And it's a chance for a cuddle, each time baby feeds.

For protecting the gut, your milk is the best
And could help prevent infections of the nose, ear and chest.
It reduces the risk of diabetes later on
And you will always know where your baby's food came from.

The benefits to Mummy are also rather great
And as it uses extra calories, it can help you to lose weight.
It lowers the risk of cancers, it has been officially said
And also costs a lot less for your baby to be well fed.

If you're determined to succeed there is a good chance that you will
But it might take a little practice as it is a remarkable skill.
Both you and your baby will enjoy it, once it's taught
And remember you are not alone; there is always some support.

There is nothing to be lost by giving it a go
As you continue on a mission to help your baby grow.
Nothing compares to the feeling of seeing your child on the breast
And a happy Mum and Baby is proof that nature is at it's best.
