Oh dear Rachel, what's to do?
I'm sad to hear something has upset you.
If I had my way, it just wouldn't be allowed;
Someone as fabby as you should just be happy and proud.

I'm really sorry that your day, which started off with smiles
Could have been so badly soured, within 275 miles.
Hopefully it will be short lived now that you are back at home;
And I hope you also realise, that with me on twitter, you're never alone.

I might not have been on the internet just at the very time
But I'm always on hand to cheer you up with a tweet or a casual rhyme.
Better late than never they say, so now here I am
And I hope this ditty cheers you up as much as it possibly can.

I may not be Wordsworth. I may not be Pam Ayres
But I like to write poems as they tell you I care.
You've been there for me when I've been feeling glum;
You're a bundle of goodness and a whole lot of fun!

So forget any tears, it's time to roll out the laughs
For a marvellous MD; Head of the herd of Giraffes!
Now simply enjoy your Sunday as all lovely ladies should
With a great big squeezy hug from me to you, Super Rachel Southwood.
