Another week over, and now for our delight
The X Factor contestants perform for Week 4's Rock night. Joe has the voice of an angel, but that did not stop him And he was the first of the acts to set our stage a'rocking. Lucie Jones was next up with a Guns 'n' Roses hit And I felt she was amazing, personifying a real Rock Chick. Danyl seemed to have lost his sparkle, and struggled to keep in tune; Perhaps he feels a little dejected after having been in the bottom two. Next up the teenage heart-throb, part of Cheryl Cole's boy team. Lloyd sang Katy Perry to satisfy millions of teenage girls dreams. The next act who would be attempting to pull off more rock 'n' roll hits Was the lovely Stacey Solomon, our very own Dagenham Ditz. Just like Lloyd before her, it wasn't really rock But she still got a massive round of applause, which isn't much of a shock. Simon seemed exceptionally pleased that she had managed to sing and walk But above all else we love Stacey, because she's hilarious when she talks. This week for made for Jamie, I think you must agree As he'd rocked his socks off Honey, in the style of Primal Scream. The judges began to bicker, but at the end of the day It's our votes that are important so it doesn't matter what they say. Rachel Adedeiji was the next to sing and chose One by U2 And I am certain with that performance, this week she'll escape the bottom two. That can only mean one thing with one group act left to go! It's time to bring out the terrible twins for the John and Edward Show. They said that they would rock us, trying to give us Queen And they are certainly the scariest act which is apt for Halloween. So almost at the conclusion, with just one more act to go And cheeky little Olly Murs is coming up to close the show. He pulled everything together so "Come together" proved to be a great choice And I enjoyed him ripping his shirt open almost as much as the sound of his voice. So now we have to wait twenty four hours to find out who will go And the phone numbers you need for voting, can now be found below. So, glad to have Louis back after his personal grief and strife
And I'm sure he welcomed the performance from his Irish pals, Westlife. Another judge was celebrating as she had achieved her goal; Fight For This Love is a well deserved Number One for the lovely Cheryl Cole. This weeks celebrity mentor is an international star in every way And we were treated to Cry Me A River by the fabulous Michael Buble. A brief intermission followed for more advertorial breaks; Who'll be in the bottom two? I hope it's Jedward for all of our sakes. 8 Acts will definitely go through to next weeks show; And Stacey Solomon was the first that Dermot let know Then Olly and Rachel followed by Joe and Lucie Jones And I think that John and Edward are using magic on the phones. How did they get through again? It's fast becoming a joke This show is all about talent, although what they have is bespoke. I'm not sure who'd buy their singles as they don't seem to be able to sing But if it carries on like this, I have a bad feeling they might win. Jamie Archer was the seventh and there there were just three; Lloyd, Miss Frank and Danyl, who would the last saved one be? Lloyd smiled his way to victory (he had his backflip to thank) So in the bottom two, that left Danyl and Miss Frank. The ladies sang again first, trying their best to sound strong Before Danyl reignited the audience with his first audition song. For one of these two acts, the X Factor journey was about to End And Danyl made it through deadlock with a little help from his friends! It's so long to the band that first auditioned individually alone And now on week three, Miss Frank are on their way home. This has been a fabulous experience for the three of them to bank; So my most sincere commiserations go the marvellous Miss Frank. It's
All of the acts will be performing with a fabulous big band. They're singing for survival, hoping for votes from you and me So turn onto ITV1 and get ready for the Welcome back to Louis, great to have you back again As without your cheeky Irish charm, the show is not the same. Simon's team kicked off the show, with Olly singing Bewitched; A wonderful performance which he pulled off without a hitch! Lloyd flew us to the moon, which wouldn't have been Simon's choice But the audience seemed to like it and I thought it suited his voice. The judges gave their opinions, and seemed to be somewhat split After Lloyd showed us his fun side by doing a wonderful back flip! Next came Miss Frank, looking rather foxy in black Adding a nice hint of rap to their Frank Sinatra track. I wish I'd been the audience, as musically, this evening, it sounds sweet And Miss Frank with That's Life, is so far my favourite performance this week. Pyrotechnics galore as Rachel took the Mic And at last she pulled off a performance that all the judges liked. Rachel rushed to hug her mentor and declared it her best day ever; What a transformation! She has really got it together! After a last minute decision, Jamie had only had 24 hours To get a grip of his song choice and demonstrate his vocal powers. It seemed to be slightly lack lustre and a bit of his sparkle has gone But the true highlight for me was the Louis Impression by Simon. Next being described at Cinderella , it was Stacey who stole the show For me, I think Big Band Week, has given her a magical glow. Looking absolutely sensational and reaching some beautiful notes This week, I think Stacey Solomon, will be getting a lot of votes. The instrumental was amazing as Danyl was feeling good And he absolutely smashed it, just as we knew he could. Another amazing performance and the judges showered him with praise. Simon was smiling knowingly; He knew the bar had officially been raised. The next act truly showed us how a Big Band Act should go. His smooth voice wowed the audience and I was very impressed with Joe. Sway, we certainly did as he wonderfully executed his choice. This likely lad from the North East really has an amazing voice! Lucie Jones came next and Cheryl, Louis and Danni toasted her success Yet Simon Cowell made a comment about her singing it like an actress. I think her voice is lovely and she'll have won a vote or two; Just one more act to go, then the voting lines will open for you. They saved the two horrors for last. Isn't it time that they were gone? A dubious performance ensued from the terrible twins Edward and John. I'm not sure Ricky Martin actually classes as a Big Band Act But these two are skating on thin ice and that is a true X Factor fact! So another week is over, and now to the public the choice goes The numbers you need for voting, can now be found below. So go on then, grab your telephone. What are you waiting for? Vote NOW for the act you want to see on The X Factor Live Shows Week 4! Copyright © Amy - I Want A Poem http://www.iwantapoem.co.uk Personalised Poems for All Occasions! I've been looking forward to Cheryl's performance all week
And she didn't let us down! I was impressed with her break beat. Her dancing was amazing and she really looked at home And though we know her best from Girl's Aloud, she still does well alone. What a start to the live results show - it was as good as can be And we still have to look forward to the performance from Whitney! With the next break over and the phone lines closed Dermot will announce the result! The public's feeling exposed! Whitney looked sensational in a long length silver dress; She suffered a wardrobe malfunction and perhaps has passed her best. More ads on their way and at last the announcement of the results can begin! Who'll be in the bottom two? I am hoping it will be the Twins. The first act to get through was Olly followed by Miss Frank Then came lovely Joe and they all had their performances to thank. Danyl also went through as his performance was supreme Then Lucie also got chosen to continue her X Factor dream. Jamie Afro Archer was the sixth person to go through Then Stacey took her place, and that's all thanks to me and you. Lloyd was certain to go through and then the Twins went too, to my shock So it was left Rikki and Rachel to face this weeks deadlock. Rachel sung "With or Without You" and she has already been here before; Then Rikki sung "Flying Without Wings" which I enjoyed a whole lot more. Which way will the judges go, can Rachel's luck last one more time The judges are giving there opinions; Wonder if they'll mirror mine? One vote from Danni for Rikki and Rachel had a vote from Ms Cole But Simon has the casting vote, and it's his show on the whole. He chose to send home Rikki, which was a bit of a surprise to me And Rachel gets to sing another day - so here is to Week three! I was truly so pleased to hear Cheryl expressing her rage At the fact John and Edward get to return to this stage! Perhaps now this Twin fad will finish and officially be over; Vote to get out the twins by the end of October! How the John and Edward got through I will never understand And I dread to think what they will sing next week on Big Band. The competition is judged on talent and they clearly have none; Fingers crossed everybody, that next week they will be gone! As the start credits rolled, I knew I was in for a treat
Listening to these 11 contestants perform for Diva's Week. Week one is over and new songs have been rehearsed; A great start to the show as Lucie Jones was up first. Olly Murs came second and executed what he had planned Then next up the fabulous Miss Frank; My very favourite band. Simon was quite scathing but Cheryl was there to save the day She stood up for these ladies, as Louis Walsh is still away. Rachel Adedeji, was first up after the ads And she belted out Beyonce and gave it everything she had. Next came Joe from the North East, who has to be my favourite boy And his rendition of "Where do broken hearts go?" was one I really did enjoy. Another advert break and then Danyl took the stage; He wanted to show a different side and set his mark upon the page. Simon smiled on proudly and the audience cheered and cheered From a risky Whitney song choice, a true Diva did appear! Yet another ad break, so I slipped off to make some tea To avoid watching the advert with Ant and Dec on the Nintendo Wii. I knew that the next part would see a take on a Leona song; Perhaps another risky song choice where so much could go wrong. A 16 year old boy, Lloyd was determined to give it a go And despite his "bleeding love" his talent had a chance to show. Cheryl was moved to tears as Simon's reaction was not good So she took full responsibility, which as his mentor, of course she should! I didn't know whether to carry on watching as the next act did begin; I wasn't looking forward to a performance from the nation's favourite twins. "Ooops I did it again", should be their motto, you must agree; Will the red pvc suits save them and allow them to come back for X Factor Week 3? I was glad for the next adverts so I could regain my composure. What act would be up next for their Week 2 exposure? 8 acts have been on and few moments have been sticky So I was pinning all my hopes on this next performance from Rikki. Aretha Franklin, for Mr Loney was somewhat a brave choice And Simon voiced my opinion, in that it was too big for his voice. Next up came Jamie Afro, our own X Factor rocker; He pulled off Christina's "Hurt", in a new Diva shocker! I can't believe how quickly the programme seems to go And up last but not least, was Stacey, who came to close the show. She didn't sound overly hopeful that the words would be flowing free But she did a great job and her performance was as good as can be. Simon's opinion was met with a round of boos But ultimately it's not up to him, it's up to me and you. To vote to save your favourite act you need to pick up the phone; It's the one thing you can do whilst you are sitting comfortably at home. So with a week that saw Whitney Houston take the time to coach them all, The numbers you need for voting are below, waiting for you to call. It's time for you to start thinking about who your winner might be And more importantly who you would like to see in the X Factor Live Shows Week 3! So after what has been a high drama filled week
It's time for the voting; Public get to speak. Though the word on the streets is "Get rid of the twins" Somehow, the public vote, they managed to win. It was down to the wire for Rachel and Kandy Rain And both of the acts took to the stage again. The judges made their choices and it went to deadlock After John and Edward triumphed with their "getting through shock". So 11 acts remaining and Diva Week awaits I'm already looking forward to it as I'm sure it will be great. I can't until next weekend for the X Factor Live shows again And I would like to send my commiserations to the lovely Kandy Rain. From now, each Wednesday sees the release of a free women's magazine. The name of the publication, is The Stylist, it is said And although you don't have to pay for it, it definitely should be read! It is out on the streets now, just waiting for your selection Or if you cannot find one, pick one up in French Connection. Well, as per title, I would love to chat to more of you on Twitter. I think Twitter is a whole lot more than most people realise and to be honest, I am having great fun learning all about it! For example, I've learnt how to get myself a twitter button. *beams with pride*. Learning everyday is the way to keep the mind active and that certainly helps with the business of writing poems!
So if you find yourself on Twitter, do stop by and say hello! ![]() By: Twitter Buttons Monday, October 5

Twitter is a truly wonderful resource I have decided. I have come across some fabulous people that I wouldn't have perhaps "met" or even heard of if it had not been for Twitter.
One such person is Kelly O'Neill. She is a fabulous artist and I was captivated by her youtube videos of her drawing. Anyway, the reason I have been inspired to post about her here is because I have just noticed (again, thanks Twitter) that it is her 30th Birthday today. She mentioned that she would have liked to be able to write and so I thought she might like her very own personalised poem. So here goes. Happy 30th Birthday Poem for Kelly O'Neill. It's birthday time on the 5th of October And your fabulous twenties are officially over. Kelly, it's time for you to turn over the page And start a new chapter as you reach 30 years of age. You've had a great year as a newly-wedded wife And you have a special talent as the Artist of Life. Now as I am privileged to wish a Happy Birthday to you I hope this year brings you success in everything you do. As master of the pencil, your talent is clear And so begins a fabulous and exciting year. What will you capture? What will you draw? I truly hope this year brings you all that you wish for. So without further ado, enjoy this very special day As your clearly devoted Husband whisks you away. Remember you are only as old you as you feel! Happy 30th Birthday dear Kelly O'Neill. copyright ©: Amy - I Want A Poem http://www.iwantapoem.co.uk Happy Birthday Kelly. I hope you have a great day! Sunday, October 4
